What are the shipping costs?

For orders under €75, we charge €6.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. All orders with a value of €75 or more are delivered free of charge.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to easily follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

Do you also ship to countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes, The Padel Industry ships to several countries within Europe. We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, and Poland.

For shipments to these countries, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €10.95, regardless of the order value.

What is the delivery time?

If you place your order on a business day before 23:00 PM, we will process your order.

Delivery is handled by our shipping partners, who will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You will receive the exact delivery information through your Track & Trace code.

We aim to deliver your racket within a maximum of 10 business days, unless unforeseen issues occur during shipping.

Can I pick up my order?

At the moment, it is not yet possible to collect orders in person. Our focus is on providing fast and reliable delivery through our shipping partners.

How are the products delivered?

The Padel Industry works with several shipping carriers, including DHL, PostNL, DPD, and GLS, with PostNL often being our primary shipping partner.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or taken to the nearest service point.

Tip: Are you often away from home? Consider having your order delivered to your workplace, family, or someone you trust. You can also choose a delivery time when you know you will be at home.
